I have today had a visit from a close neighbour who has always paid for her garden waste service at the council offices in Burnley centre , she has been told that this service is no longer available and has to pay online or by phone , she isnt connected to the internet so it makes it difficult for her to pay, I have just paid for my garden waste service online and i would have paid for hers as well but there is no option to do that , please sign this petition to bring back the option of paying with cash.
